Ward Great Wall 1You know those times you suddenly think of a question about your MBA application while you are in the shower or on the treadmill? How long should my MBA application essay really be? What if I got a “C” in my freshman math class, do I still have a chance to get into a top MBA program like Smith’s? When is the next deadline? Why does the Maryland football team have such… interesting and colorful uniforms?

Well, good news! Now you can ask those questions quickly and easily. Smith’s Part-Time MBA program has a new instant chat feature right on the website.

Step one: Get out of the shower or off the treadmill.

Step two: Go to Smith’s website

Step three: Click on the link on the left side of the screen that says “Live Counselor Available”.

Step four: Chat with a helpful and perky Smith Admissions Representative about your application questions.

Step five: Go on about your day better informed about Smith’s Part-Time MBA program. Now get back on that treadmill…

Edward Lavino is the Director of Admissions for the Part-Time MBA program at the Smith School of Business. He has been with Smith since 2005 in positions in MBA/MS Admissions and the Office of Career Services. He has a love/hate relationship with his treadmill…

Great post, Edward. I can relate as I too have a love-hate relationship with my treadmill.

Thanks for sharing this exciting new service, Edward! It’s helpful to know that there’s someone there to answer my lingering questions! I’ll definitely take advantage of the Live Chat opportunity.
