Adobe Connect Changes
IMPORTANT notice from campus DivIT!!
Adobe Connect will be unavailable on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. During the outage, the system will be upgraded to allow the download of MP4 files of meetings that have been recorded. This is part of the decommissioning plan for the Adobe Connect system.
REMINDER: You will no longer be able to create new sessions as of Sunday, June 18. Adobe Connect will be permanently decommissioned on August 30. From June 19 to August 30, you will be able to access the system only to export your data (assets and/or session recordings).
WebEx has been deployed as the university’s new Web conferencing solution integrated with ELMS. Instructions about how to use WebEx are available in our IT Service Catalog.
