Download your Adobe Connect Recordings by Aug 30th

An email from DivIT has been sent to users regarding their Adobe Connect recordings.  If you have any recordings, please download them before August 30th.  Instructions on how to download them can be found in the IT Library.

The University of Maryland’s Adobe Connect Web conferencing service has been discontinued. You should no longer use Adobe Connect to create new sessions, but you can export data (assets and/or session recordings).

Before August 30, please save any data you consider important to keep. You can download session recordings in the MP4 format by following the instructions located in the IT Library here. We suggest storing the recordings in Google Drive.

WebEx has been deployed as the university’s new Web conferencing solution integrated with ELMS. Instructions about how to use WebEx are available in our IT Service Catalog.
