Smoogle Two Step Authentication REQUIRED Starting May 1st

Starting May 1st, Two Step Authentication will be required for Faculty & Staff to login to Smoogle Email. To get Two Step enabled now, follow these instructions.

Using Two Step with Smoogle will be similar to using MFA with the University went live earlier this year. We are switching to Two Step with Smoogle because it is the best way to keep everyone’s account protected. Two step authentication, also known as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an increasingly prevalent security measure that adds another layer to security, protecting your accounts even if your password is compromised. Over the next few weeks this new message will appear when signing into Smoogle if you have not enrolled in Two Step.
